Thanks to the new AMC system, it is possible to interface directly with the company management software to create and assign recipes to individual vats in a fully automatic way.

Recipes prepared in the office are transmitted to the system and made available in the recipe list on the machine. Once the desired recipe is selected, simply press the "load" button to make it immediately executable.

Alternatively, it is possible to create a new recipe directly on the machine without accessing the central database, thanks to a simple, intuitive, and effective interface.

Once a recipe (composed of multiple operational steps) is loaded or created, the operator can:

• Start it

• Pause it

• Force a step

• End it manually

All while maintaining full control over the recorded data.

Each step represents a phase of the cycle and contains the essential parameters for the machine’s operation. For more details on each phase, the magnifying glass icon next to the step can be pressed.

During execution, it is always possible to monitor every activity in real time from the dedicated section, viewing all active parameters and, in the case of rotations, also the elapsed time for each step.
