STAINLESS STEEL TEST DRUMS

The small drum is entirely made of AISI 316 stainless steel and is equipped with a double-jacket heating system with a closed circuit and circulation pump. The entire unit is mounted on a stainless steel base.

At the base of the frame, there is an integrated water collection tank used during washing phases. On top of the tank, a protective cover with an inspection door is fixed, allowing direct access to the drum.

To ensure maximum operator safety during loading, unloading, and inspection, the vat is equipped with a mechanical brake stop system.

The automatic control panel, featuring a touch screen interface and state-of-the-art software, allows simple and precise management of all machine functions: temperature control, rotation speed adjustment, and work cycle settings.
