Each vat is crafted with artisanal care, attention to detail, and features the following characteristics:

• First-quality, well-seasoned, and carefully selected iroko wood

• Structure with 4 or 6 arms and a milled cast iron crown

• Cast iron bearings with bronze bushings

• Manual vertical stainless steel AISI 316 door, with horizontal sliding or automatic options

• Iroko wood head crafted with milling, equipped with a discharge valve and a polypropylene channel for waste collection

• Gear reducer with cast iron housing, complete with bronze alloy/plastic pinion and pneumatic brake

• Motor with cast iron housing, available in single or double speed

• Automatic control panel with touch screen interface
